Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist prospective students in selecting academic programs that align with their career aspirations and interests.
• Provide guidance on admission processes, course structures, and career opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of courses, certifications, and academic programs offered.
• Collaborate with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students.
• Build rapport with students and parents, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.
• Conduct individual or group counselling sessions to help students make informed decisions.
• Track student progress and provide follow-up support to ensure successful program completion.
• Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in events, webinars, and outreach initiatives.

Requirements:

• Senior Level: Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; Master’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in academic counselling or a related field.
• Associate Level: Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience preferred.
• Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree; experience in a student-focused role is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple student cases effectively.
• Familiarity with educational platforms, CRM systems, and counselling techniques is an advantage.
• A passion for helping students achieve their academic and career goals.
