Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring smooth conflict resolution.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals, feedback systems, and career development planning.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and manage HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the HR field, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Proficiency in training and development, as well as knowledge of HR policies and labor laws.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage a diverse workforce effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with employees and management.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
